Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Handcrafted Nature of Sarees

Many of our sarees feature artisanal handloom weaves, block prints, and delicate threadwork embroidery. Slight irregularities in weaving slubs, print registration, or hand-painted motifs are authentic marks of craft rather than defects.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
• The saree received has genuine transit damage or major structural weaving defects.
• The product received is materially different from the confirmed order.
• Request is raised within 48 hours of parcel delivery.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure quick claim approval with our courier insurers, please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the outer sealed parcel being opened and inspecting the saree.

4. Return Condition

The saree must remain unused, unwashed, unworn, with running blouse fabric intact and all original tags and packaging preserved. Blouse pieces that have been cut or stitched are strictly non-returnable.

5. Refund Processing

Upon safe receipt and verification of the returned item at our boutique, approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days back to your original payment mode (Bank Transfer or UPI).
