Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By browsing or purchasing from SSARTHI — Six Yards of Elegance, you agree to these terms of service. Our boutique specializes in curated Indian ethnic sarees.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹). As stated throughout the site, starter catalogue prices are provisional demonstration values (₹1,000–₹2,000) and are subject to final confirmation by the boutique owner before order processing.

3. Product Accuracy & Saree Variations

We endeavor to display saree colors and patterns as accurately as possible. Due to digital display variations and the handcrafted nature of artisanal dyes and weaves, slight variances may occur and are celebrated as unique characteristics of handloom art.

4. Order Acceptance & WhatsApp Inquiries

Placing an order request on the website or opening WhatsApp does not constitute an automatic contract until availability of the specific saree is confirmed by our boutique representative.

5. Intellectual Property

The original "SSARTHI — Six Yards of Elegance" logos, design marks, brand graphics, and curated product photographs remain the intellectual property of Ssarthi and may not be reproduced without written permission.
